Indoor Air Quality

Granite Ridge Builders includes a balanced healthy home fresh air system in all of our new homes which greatly improves the air quality and minimizes indoor pollutants making our homes environment healthier and more comfortable. Poor indoor air quality can lead to allergies, headaches, and respiratory problems including asthma, and other health problems. Studies have shown that levels of many indoor air pollutants can be two to five times higher than outdoor levels.
