Ron loves meeting new people and helping them through the new home process. He is a West Point graduate and retired from the Army with a Masters Degree in Urban Geography from Penn State. He spent much of the last 28 years pushing parts in local factories, focusing on process improvement and employee involvement. Ron also studied at Duke, Georgia Tech, and in Japan becoming a disciple of the Toyota Production System (TPS). Ron is married to Joanne, a native New Yorker and mother of their 3 sons and 1 daughter, all, of whom were born in different states. As a Fort Wayne native, Ron likes being "by the water", spending time with family, and traveling.
