Kristi Baker is a New Home Specialist for Granite Ridge Builders. She brings fifteen years of mortgage origination, six years of project management/new set up of assisted living communities, and eight years of third-party logistics negotiating/ bidding in her professional experiences. She obtained her real estate license in August 2018 and has loved broadening her horizons to be well-rounded in the Real Estate Industry. She loves her position in the new home construction world and would love to assist you! She is happily married and enjoys spending time with friends and family at Lake George in Coldwater, MI. She also enjoys vacationing beach destinations with her husband, riding bikes, and reading.
