Chad is originally from Fort Wayne, and moved back from the South to join our team as a New Home Specialist with a focus on USDA loans and new home construction. He loves working with clients to design and build their dream home. Outside of work, Chad loves spending time with family and friends; and when time is available he loves to head South to scuba dive.
