Bryan enjoys meeting new people and current clients on Sunday afternoons at open house. Bryan offers construction knowledge and is ready to guide you along to the next step of building or buying your next new home. He has a passion for people along with a love of learning and enjoys educating those interested in building a new home. Born and raised in Jamestown, New York he enjoys going back home to visit family and sail on his sailboat on Chautauqua Lake. After receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University he gained employment at International Harvester here in Fort Wayne. He enjoyed a 41 year career with International Harvester and 8 years with Magnavox. When he initially retired he decided to drive the Hoosier Shuttle to Indianapolis and over the course of a few years made 1,310 round trips. Although he’s technically retired, Bryan enjoys helping part time at Granite Ridge Builders. Bryan and his wife Kaye have a son, daughter, son-in law, 2 grandkids, and his pride and joy a dog named Snowie. Many afternoons he enjoys picking up his grandsons from school and running them their activities. He is an active member of The Chapel. Throughout his life he’s been active with the Fort Wayne ski club, Youth for Christ, golf leagues, Study Connection, CBMC and Heros.
