Jazzwood

The Jazzwood is a split bedroom, open-living concept plan. The great room features a corner fireplace and overlooks the custom kitchen. The kitchen features an island with breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. The nook provides a lot of light to the kitchen area with large picture windows and a sliding door that leads to the patio. The laundry room is located off the the garage entry hall and includes countertop space and a utility sink.
