The Brookwood 2 floorplan is very open. It features cathedral ceilings in the great room which opens to the dining room. the dining room, nook, and kitchen are all open to each other as well. This floor plan also includes a screen porch located off of the nook to the back of the house. The master bedroom features a large walk in closet and private bathroom.
